HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER? TOP
Shopping with P&B Specialty Shop is easy! You can Browse, Search, and Buy products on our Website using our secure online shopping cart. Please contact us if you have questions or need advice before purchasing. We can guide you to the right product and size for your particular dog.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? TOP
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover online. We can also accept cashier's checks, personal checks, and money orders. In the event you use a check or money order, please send to:

All orders by check or money order will be sent upon receipt of payment.
WILL THERE BE SALES TAX? TOP
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Texas (8.25%). All other states and countries are tax-exempt.
HOW DO YOU SHIP PRODUCTS? TOP
P&B Specialty Shop processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. We ship via UPS Ground Shipping. Certain products are shipped direct from the manufacturer and will be noted on the product page. Multiple ordered items may ship in separate packages at no additional cost.
We currently ship to the continental U.S.
In the event you would like to request a Rush Order on any of the items at P&B Specialty Shop for an additional shipping fee, please contact us. We will do whatever we can to accommodate you.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST? TOP
P&B Specialty Shop has a flat rate shipping fee of only $7.00. The more you buy, the more you save! HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE? TOP
When the product you purchase is in stock, it will ship within 1 business day, excluding national holidays. Depending on your location, UPS will normally deliver your order in 3-7 business days; however, P&B Specialty Shop is not responsible for shipping delays after your order is in the custody of UPS.
You can track your order by clicking on the link on the left side navigation menu on the Website.
If an item you order is out-of-stock, we will notify you via email. If you have purchased more than one item, you will have the option to (1) wait until the out-of-stock item comes in, and we will ship your entire order together; (2) we will immediately ship your order without the out-of-stock item, and then ship the remaining item to you separately when we receive it at no extra cost to you.
For items that ship direct from the manufacturer, there will be a delivery estimate on the product page.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? TOP
P&B Specialty Shop wants you and your dog to love your shopping experience with us, so we offer a 30-day guarantee with the following guidelines:
- To request a return or exchange you must contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions on how to return your merchandise. Returns or exchanges must be received within ten (10) business days from the date that the RMA# is issued.
Do NOT return merchandise without first contacting P&B Specialty Shop, because the merchandise will be refused and will not be processed.
- All merchandise to be returned or exchanged must be in its original packaging with tags attached, unused, and in sellable condition (remove all fur, no smoke or other smells). P&B Specialty Shop is not responsible for items that have been damaged during return shipment. Such items remain the property of the customer.
Defective Items:
- If you receive an item that is damaged or defective you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Please note that the customer assumes all costs and responsibilities in shipping to P&B Specialty Shop, and P&B Specialty Shop assumes the costs and responsibilities in shipping back to the customer.

Any return/exchange that does not comply with these Policies and Rules will be returned to sender, and no credits will be issued.
P&B Specialty Shop reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to interpret and apply these Policies and Rules to all exchanges and returns.
P&B Specialty Shop cannot be responsible for items that have been ruined by your destructive dog or puppy. The products we sell are very durable, but are not indestructible. Please choose products based on the age, chew strength, and behavior of your dog or puppy.
ARE THERE ANY ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED? TOP
Due to health regulations, we cannot allow returns on beds or clothing unless there is a manufacturer defect, in which case you must contact us within 48 hours for an RMA (see "What is Your Return Policy" above).
Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, either.
Each product and brand varies in sizing. Please read the measuring instructions for each particular product you order and MEASURE YOUR DOG CAREFULLY before ordering. Please call us if you are unsure of a size so we can help determine the proper size for your dog!
WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY? TOP
P&B Specialty Shop respects our customers’ right to privacy. We do not share your information with third party service providers. We will collect and use information through our Website only in the ways disclosed in this statement.
We collect the following information about visitors who make purchases: Name, Billing Address, Shipping Address, and Purchase history. We will use your information to fulfill orders and to assist you when you contact us. We may also send customers email announcements unless you choose to opt-out.
Subscribers to our newsletter will receive additional announcements from us about products, services, and special deals. Out of respect for the privacy of our customers, you may choose to opt-out of receiving these types of communications.
We may offer links to other Websites that have no affiliation with P&B Specialty Shop. Please note that those sites will have their own privacy policies that you should read before choosing to provide them any information.
