Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Texas (8.25%). All other states are tax-exempt.

Shipping & Handling
Small Paws Dog Boutique is an online store shipping to the Continental U.S. To keep our overhead low and pass those savings on to our customers, we maintain a small inventory and drop ship directly from manufacturers who offer that option. In those two cases, your order will be shipped within 3 business days. Otherwise, we order stock merchandise from our vendors approximately once a week depending on order volume. In that instance, your order will ship within 7 business days. Small Paws Dog Boutique processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Multiple ordered items may ship in separate packages at no additional cost to the customer.
Small Paws ships items through UPS and USPS, depending on the size, weight, value, and destination of the order to keep costs low for the customer. We will contact you shortly after you place an order with information detailing the method of shipping and tracking of your package. Small Paws Dog Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays after your order is in the custody of USPS or UPS.
We do recycle shipping packages that are in good shape.

Return Policy
Small Paws Dog Boutique wants you and your dog to love your shopping experience with us, so we clearly list our Return Policy here for your convenience in the unlikely event that you need additional customer service after your purchase.
All sales of clothing, beds, and personalized items are final, due to health regulations, except in the case of a manufacturer defect (see below). Each product and brand varies in sizing. Please read the measuring instructions for each particular product you order and MEASURE YOUR DOG CAREFULLY before ordering.
We understand that measuring a dog is not always easy, so please contact us via email or call us at 972-658-1765 to answer any questions and help determine the proper size for your dog!
All sales of Closeout Inventory are final.
To request a return or exchange for items not listed above you must contact us via email for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions on how to return your merchandise.
- Your request must be sent via email within 7 days of receipt of your order.
- Returns or exchanges must be received within 10 business days from the date that the RMA# is issued.
- All merchandise to be returned or exchanged must be in its original packaging with tags attached, unused, and in sellable condition (remove all fur, no smoke or other smells) or it will not be accepted. Small Paws Dog Boutique is not responsible for items that have been damaged during return shipment. Such items remain the property of the customer.
**Do NOT return merchandise without first contacting Small Paws, because the merchandise will be refused and will not be processed.**
Return of Item with Manufacturer's Defect
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective you must contact us via email within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Include your order number, date of purchase, and describe the defect.
Please note that the customer assumes all costs and responsibilities in shipping to Small Paws, and Small Paws Dog Boutique assumes the costs and responsibilities in shipping back to the customer.
Any return/exchange that does not comply with these Policies and Rules will be returned to sender, and no credits will be issued.
Small Paws Dog Boutique reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to interpret and apply these Policies and Rules to all exchanges and returns.
Please Note: Small Paws Dog Boutique cannot be responsible for items that have been ruined by your destructive dog or puppy. Please choose products based on the age, chew strength, and behavior of your dog or puppy.
